Change after change

Following the topic in vogue. I believe in it and it is like the main thing of my life. Some people tell me that people don't change and i really don't know what they mean when I see changes all the time. Before I left for my trip I noticed that my favorite burguer --I should say favorite place-- in Times Square is not longer there, so one less reason to visit that frightening place. Another place that change was Local Project. I went to the reopening past Saturday. It has a new location in Long Island City and looks like a formal underground gallery, but the network feeling stills around, for example: I met a girl carpenter and I introduced her to Sandro --a happy father now-- who own a wood shop. Now LP is just two visible heads, Carola and Renzo. Carola is no longer the punk friendly photographer, she is more like a punk pop diva with more art in her soul. Renzo is a quiet man now. He acts very confident and is like full of jokes now. He is like a punk brother.

The reopening was about memories and the new begining. There were more new people that the ones from the past, but when party was over and we all gathered in another place Libertad was right when she said "this is like a 2004 reunion". Something like that, I did like to see old friends and very happy about meeting new ones. Change is renovating tradition in a way.

So I am in Colombia right now. It finally happened. There is some change here too. Good and bad. In people and places. But more important is the way I am seeing. Open eyes and a lot of questions. I don't know how the money works here but I manage to get fruit in the street and drink delicious aromatic coffees.
