On Allergies and Truth

The beautiful city has healing powers.

I came back from Florida with a strange sinus but after a couple of days without A/C exposure, some nasal congestion medicine and bike rides, I'm back in my best form. Now that I know A/C systems bring me allergies, I have one more reason to stick to the life I have right now and avoid working in a corporate office. It is good to know I'm not the only one suffering it.

Back in the city and healthy, I'm resuming my exercises with truth. They help me with my travel dilemma. I want to go some place new for me while grounding myself to my new economy. I might do it at some point though, within the limits of my new economy.

I have to say I was expecting a lot from the sit in public exercise, which has a "no expectations" nature. I just have to keep doing it anyways. Of course I noticed things, specially the myriad of human body figures and urban gardens.

As I'm very biblical I enjoy my time with truth. It is my opportunity to get attach to it. With that being said, I'm looking forward for a bench today.
